Residential Neighborhood Development in Bronnitsy Near Moscow Close to Completion

Recent news

Promstroybeton LLC, which is part of the SK MOST Group of Companies, has almost completed Maryinsky neighborhood development in the city of Bronnitsy near Moscow.

Maryinsky neighborhood includes seven brick / cast-in-place buildings, which share a unique architectural concept. The five-storey buildings with an attic floor are built per custom designs. The apartments differ slightly by floor plans, but each apartment has spacious recessed balconies and hallways. The apartments, which are laid out in two levels, have spacious patios. PROFLEX PVC casements with energy-saving glaze units were used for glazing all windows and recessed balconies.

All buildings, six out of which have been already commissioned, with almost all the residents that have moved-in, have the entrance halls with areas for temporarily keeping bicycles and strollers. Each courtyard has an area equipped for children and sports grounds.

A new utility infrastructure has been put in place during neighborhood development: a 2000kVA transformer substation, a boiler house with state-of-the art imported equipment, water inlet and gas distribution packages, natural gas, heat supply, water supply and sewer lines.
