A highway section between the 17th and 21st kilometer marks of the access route to the city of Svobodny from Chita – Khabarovsk “Amur” route has been commissioned. In addition to the roadway, three road structures have been built:
- a bridge over the Bolshaya Pera River that is 169-meter long,
- a 72-meter long railway overpass, and
- an arched overpass that is 31-meter long
