According to the design, water treatment facilities for waste water purification are to be built as part of the first phase of the special economic zone infrastructure project with a footprint of 181 hectares.

Operations are underway to build a purified water reservoir, mechanical sludge dehydration station No. 2, a deep afterpurification system, and utility lines. A total of 438 cubic meters of reinforced concrete have been placed, and about 5 thousand cubic meters of earthmoving operations have been completed. Equipment installation is carried out simultaneously with the earthmoving operations and foundation work.

The project development will be carried out in three phases. Water supply and drainage networks, power supply and gas supply systems, water treatment facilities and the necessary service facilities (an administrative and amenity building with a checkpoint) will be built before the end of the year 2013 on a 181-hectare construction site. The first phase will also include road construction.
