On December 01, 2017, commissioning of the Herrenknecht S-517 tunneling mechanized complex with a diameter of 10.690 m was completed.on December 01, 2017, the TBM readiness Certificate for sinking was signed.
All necessary preparatory works were carried out, and the tunnel lining rings were installed (starting).
Earlier, in a short time, the enlarged Assembly of TBM elements and their installation in the starting pit at the station “Okskaya” was made. Despite the tightness of the construction site, the company’s specialists assembled the machine with proper quality, more than 2500 tons of metal were collected.
Tpmk Herrenknecht S-517 with the code name “Victoria” will have to pass two distillation tunnels with a total length of 3336 running meters with a stop at the station “Stakhanovskaya”.
The first stage, with a length of 1993 p. m. from the station “Okskaya” to the station “Stakhanovskaya”, was completed in seven months.
Tpmk is scheduled to enter the finished pit of the Stakhanovskaya station complex in June 2018.
Next, a technological operation will be performed to transport TBM through the Stakhanovskaya station. The total length of the track will be 193 meters, after which the car will again be prepared for the start, this time in the direction of the station “Nizhegorodskaya”. The length of the stage from the station “Stakhanovskaya” to the station “Nizhegorodskaya” is 1343 meters.
