Specialists of SK MOST Group of Companies completed the next stage of repair and restoration work on the bridge over the river on the night of may 27. The Zeya in the city of Blagoveshchensk, which is in poor condition and is operating in emergency mode after the subsidence of the plates of the roadway.
Traffic on the bridge was stopped for work.
Builders replaced 4 reinforced concrete slabs of the roadway. Work was carried out on the bridge section in the area of the 19th support.
To repair the roadway, it was necessary to replace the damaged slabs, correct and strengthen the metal of the superstructure in the places where the reinforced concrete slabs rest.
After replacing the slabs, the joints were concreted, and a wooden deck made of timber was laid to give the concrete time to gain strength.
In the future, work on waterproofing and asphalt concrete pavement of the roadway will be performed with traffic restrictions on one lane of the bridge crossing.
Work to restore the paintwork of the metal structures of the repaired sections of the bridge will be carried out without traffic restrictions.

Earlier in the night from 20 to 21 may, within the framework of the” technological window”, specialists of SK MOST Group of Companies have already performed similar work on replacing the roadway slabs in the area of the 22nd support of the bridge crossing.
JSC “USK MOST” has been working in the region for a long time. The company’s specialists built the Russian part of the first cross-border road bridge between Russia and China across the Amur river.
