During a working trip to Svobodny, Governor of the Amur region Vasily Orlov visited the overpass, which is being reconstructed by specialists of JSC USK MOST, which is part of the SK MOST Group of companies.
“An overpass with a length of 174 meters on 4 reinforced concrete pillars. The superstructure is metal, all-welded, made according to modern technologies. There will be a pedestrian passageway on one side and a technological passageway on the other. This year, it is planned to dismantle the existing overpass and perform the installation of boring piles on four supports, “
– Eduard Davydov, Director of the construction Directorate of USK MOST JSC, reported to the Governor.
Vasily Orlov noted that USK MOST JSC is a reliable contractor for the construction of bridge crossings.
“The project has already been developed and a reliable contractor has been selected. It will be built by a company with sufficient experience-JSC USK MOST, which built a bridge over the Amur and now-over the Zea. It is planned to use modern technologies, the bridge will be located on four pillars, there will be no pillars in the middle of the railway tracks,”
the Governor said.
After the collapse of the span of the overpass on Mikhailo-Chesnokovskaya street in 2018, residents of Svobodny had to get to another part of the city by detours. In August of this year, USK MOST JSC won the tender for the reconstruction of the overpass. Specialists plan to start work in September.
